Management

3-Hour Bundle

• Fluid Resuscitation
  • For BMI < 30, Give 30mL/Kg Bolus
  • For BMI >= 30, Calculate ideal body weight (IBW), give 30mL/Kg based on IBW
• Draw lactate level
  • Highest lactate level is considered to be the first lactate level. Draw another lactate level as soon as fluid bolus finishes
• Give Broad Spectrum Antibiotic
